OUR HISTORY—LIBERIA BRANCH
The Lord’s Pentecostal Church international-Liberia was planted as a branch on 23 October 2011(but started as a Fellowship on 15 December 2009) in the living room of Pastors Chris and Edem Sokpor at Parker Building-Mamba Point, Monrovia-Liberia. With the church growing numerically, the leadership decided to move to a more spacious site to accommodate the new members.
With the Lord’s help, the church was blessed to get a site on the campus of the G. W. Gibson High School. Presently, the church is growing and has been blessed with a faithful membership who continue to worship during the regular service on Sundays and attend the mid-week Bible Studies and Prayers meetings on Wednesdays. Through the dynamic leadership of the church and a gracious congregation, the church has been able to acquire a bus to help transport members and to be used for the services of the church. Since the inception of the church God has continued being faithful and gracious to the church and this is the success we would like to share with you by inviting you to come and experience God-at-work here through this ministry.
